1. Where We Deliver

We currently provide delivery services across most serviceable regions within India.

Availability may depend on courier coverage in specific pin codes.


2. Order Handling Time

After payment confirmation, orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working business day.


3. Estimated Delivery Duration

Once shipped, orders are generally delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Please note:
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as logistics delays, weather conditions, or operational disruptions.


4. Shipping Fees

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Please note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by us.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available for selected locations.

  • COD availability depends on pin code eligibility

  • Additional COD handling charges may apply and will be displayed during checkout


6. Order Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Customers can track shipments using the courier partner’s tracking link provided.


7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept the parcel

Then re-shipping charges may apply.


8. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos or videos for verification

After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund according to our return policy.


9. Address Responsibility & Risk

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Once the order is delivered to the provided address, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


10. Uncontrollable Events (Force Majeure)

We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes or transport disruptions

  • Health emergencies or pandemics

  • Technical or courier network failures


11. International Orders

Currently, we only support delivery within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
