• Delivery availability depends on courier partner coverage in your area.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time & Timeline Disclaimer

• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to logistics issues, traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Monki Fashion is not liable for delays outside our control.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD service is available for select pin codes.

• Additional COD charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

• You can track your shipment using the link provided by the courier partner.

7. Delivery Attempts

• Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, additional re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

• Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

• After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed as per our Refund & Return Policy.

9. Address Accuracy & Risk Transfer

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

• Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address or upon collection from the courier.

• Monki Fashion is not responsible for delays, damage, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Monki Fashion will not be held liable for delays or failures in shipping caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
